Working principle
When a metal object approaches the sensing surface of the sensor, the energy of the oscillator system decreases, and the degree of energy reduction is a measure of the distance between the object and the sensor. In the additional circuit, the energy loss is converted into a measurement signal, which is amplified after linearization processing and provides a standard analog signal in the output.
Used for non-contact displacement measurement of metal objects, with a measurement range of 1-20mm, standard analog quantity of 0-10VDC, 4-20mA output or both. The high-precision linear analog output has a protection level of IP67, which can easily cope with the choice of working environment.
